 t significant changes for tax advisors\, service providers and taxpayers in

  Regulations are designed to provide tax authorities with additional inform
 ation in order for them to target and close perceived loopholes in tax legi
 slation and harmful tax practices. If you have operations in the UK or EU\,
  you will need to monitor any cross border transactions or arrangements and
  determine if\, when and where you will be required to report. </p><p>Over 
 two and a half years’ worth of transactions and arrangements will need to b
 e analysed and the first report is due in January 2021. Failure to meet the
  requirements and deadlines may result in financial penalties and reputatio
